We took a trip out to Lake Jacomo Friday afternoon. The boys had no idea where we were going. And actually, Vince & I weren't sure where we'd end up- we were just going somewhere to get out of the house! Earlier that day, I had been to the store & bought some goggles for $1.50. That has been the best $1.50 I've spent in awhile! They wore them all afternoon & have been wearing them alot today.
We had some bread with us so we fed the geese out there. We wanted to find the elk, but couldn't. So, we ended up at a marina down there with lots of geese.
We decided that this goose is named Ian because he was a very picky goose. Ian would throw him bread & he would NOT eat the pieces with crust on them!

The elk are with the bison. I think you can get there from 7 Hwy. or the enterance off of Ligget by our house. Just follow the signs to Missouri Town, it is across the street from that enterance.
